Zé Delivery has an extremely interesting benefit for football fans: 50% of the monthly membership fee becomes cashback in the app. They just need to open the app and apply the discount that is already available there. But even with all the facilities, no one was using our cashback. Not a single fan wore it. What a disaster.  F@#k it.

So we thought: what could we do to make these fans stop ignoring the benefit?

Simple. Adding a bit (a lot) of rivalry to the story. Because fans may even miss out on their cashback benefit. Unless they discover that this coupon can go to his biggest and most feared rival.

Let's be honest here. It is impossible to ignore the rival winning something. Even more so if it’s gaining something from you. Tastes real bad to see a rival's happy face.
